How long it took?
I ordered on the 18 Oct and it arrived on 21 Oct via DPD. Another super fast delivery ^^ It took only 2 days for DPD to deliver the 2kg parcel 🙂
was filled to the brim!
And I started to panic when I laid out all the stuff to take pictures. I thought that some items were missing (which wasn’t the case.. keep reading to find out why)!!
I started to check what was “missing”… In clockwise direction from the top left hand corner…
1. Plain t-shirt from 비쥬얼몰. Pretty good quality & it’s cheap too 🙂
2. T-shirts from the seller *퍼니키즈*. True to the picture and the quality is good.
3. Bras from the seller 트와니(Twani). My 2nd time purchasing as the bras were on discount and I was satisfied with the bra from my 1st purchase (Gmarket Haul #3)
4. T-shirt from 아띠벗@. Not bad ^^
5. My Baviphat stuff from the seller 바비펫. The parcel is supposed to contain just a mascara and probably some GWP… But how come it’s so heavy?
6. This box contains some Etude House Moistfull Collagen samples from this seller 더미니스킨. Decided to buy from this seller as it’s actually cheaper to buy the samples than buying the actual product O.o
7. My Tony Moly Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm from 정품판매처. The seller was so cute to use the free mask to “wrap” around the egg. XD I decided to buy from this seller as the seller offers a slightly lower price than the official Tony Moly seller.
8. The last parcel is my loot from Etude House from the official seller 에뛰드하우스 직영샵!
I bought the Etude House: Golden Ratio Contour Maker.. Endorsed by my fav 2NE1’s CL :DDD
The Park Shin Hye box contains cottan pads and the sample is the Petit Bijour Soft Body Wash.
After unwrapping the last parcel, I was certainly getting very worried!! Where’are my Innisfree samples?? My earphones??
I started to be suspicious of my Baviphat box (point 5) and decided to unwrap it…..
It was heavy because the DPD pack some other stuff into this box and sealed it up!!!!!!!!
COOL (though it made me panic)!! I remember complaining about another Baviphat seller used a big box to hold a few items was a waste of space in my Gmarket Haul #3. This time round, they seemed to hear me XD
Inside the box were….
I. As mentioned previously, my Baviphat stuff from 바비펫. Seller was really nice to include a free Baviphat sheet mask endorsed by F.T. Island and samples of Baviphat Magic Girls BB Cream #1, AC Therapy Sleeping Pack and Peach Sleeping pack! The other Baviphat seller I bought from during my Gmarket Haul #3 was really stingy even though I bought more than 20k worth of stuff and yet no freebies were thrown in.
II. Innisfree Magic Floral Essence (left) and Innisfree Magic Floral Eye Serum samples. Decided to give this brand a try 🙂 The official Innisfree seller has decided to close it’s overseas shipping service and I had to buy samples from this particular seller 코스미니 who gave (I think) Beauty Credit’s shampoo samples.
III. Another Innisfree product, Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask samples from the seller 화장품하얀피부 who sells alot of Innisfree product samples. It’s one of Innisfree’s best selling product and I was in need of a new clay mask ^^
IV. My earphones from 퍼니조이. The quality is ok. I love the white colour! 😀
I heaved a sigh a relief after unwrapping this box. Thank goodness 😀
Anyway, I accumulated quite a few vouchers which I have no idea what is it for.. I think it’s some discount vouchers for online bandwidth or something O.o
Other than the scare, the overall shopping experience was GOOOOOD 🙂
I would love to give full marks for the service from the various sellers and the efficiency of the Gmarket/DPD staff to pack my items so nicely and quickly. But something made me kinda unhappy when I wanted to leave feedback for the items I bought..
Before you read the story, let me say that I’ll give 9/10 to G-Market shopping experience this time round. 😀 (I’m just bias.. HAHA)
– G-Market Feedback System
For the benefit of readers who are still not familiar with G-Market, let me explain this feedback system 🙂
Basically you could leave a feedback to the seller within 5 days after you receive the parcel (they check the EMS tracking system.. not too sure about DPD but I would suggest to stick to this 5-day policy!).
To leave a feedback, you need to click “Item Received” for each item under the “Overseas Order” tab in your G-Market account page.
Each feedback earns you ONE G-stamp, which you could use it to exchange for discount coupons over at this page.
However, you will only be able to leave a maximum of TEN feedbacks a day. If you brought multiple items from the same listing, you will be able to leave ONE feedback only.
– The Story
Back to the story: I wished to leave reviews the next day (22th) after it was delivered but only 1 “item received” button was present for the entire order.
I thought it was a change in the system and I went ahead to click the button. It directed me to leave 1 review for a particular item (the only item I’ve order from that particular seller).
Thereafter, all other 13 items are reflected as “Delivered” and I’m unable to leave reviews for the subsequent items in the same order… I thought it was a system error and decided to check on the 23th (2nd day).
I tried asking the customer service over at the facebook page on 23th. It was after the weekend on the 26th (5th day already) then did I get a reply. Instead, they thought that I didn’t know about this “5 day policy” and explained to me again. =.=”
I tried re-explaining but I got NO REPLIES. I waited and decided to post again on 28th. I know it’s over the deadline already. But I wanted an answer! They were users who encountered the similar problem as me ><” but we were all referenced to this note: http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=171218782891009 (posted on 1 Nov)
It was not exactly very enlightening and my 5-day allowance was over already. So, there goes my G-stamps. And I gave up. Someone posted on the wall on 5 Nov again about the same issue… Not sure if the person received a solution or not…
I have no idea if G-Market fixed this problem already. But the next time, I’ll feedback to their CS directly and immediately with SCREENSHOTS. Keeping my fingers crossed when my SIXTH haul (i know this is only the fourth haul post but my fifth haul only had 1 item so it’s not a prob XD) is here in a few days’ time! ^^
But it’s just a small matter… Just that this miscommunication part is something G-Market needs to improve on. Otherwise, how does the word “Global” fit in?
Anyway, given their effort in answering all those never-ending queries on their facebook page, I think they have done a pretty good job!
PS. Have you watched the G-Market CF by G-Dragon (from Big Bang)? It’s a must watch! ^^
