DPD Tracking

I received an email from a reader yesterday asking me how do you track your DPD parcel shipment if you were to order from G-Market. At the same time, I noticed that there were quite of few internet searches (over the 2 month since I started this blog) on the topic DPD tracking landed people on my blog. As such, I thought might as well do a short post on the tracking of DPD tracking from G-Market. 🙂

Step 1: Go to My Gmarket ->Recent Order

Step 2: Ensure that your parcel has been “Domestic Delivered” (See pic below)

Step 3: (See pic below) If it has been delivered to the warehouse (ie “Domestic Delivered”), click “Tracking” button to track the status of your overseas delivery (DPD in this case). Please ensure that your popup blocker is deactivated.

NOTE: If it’s not yet sent for delivery, clicking “Tracking” will not give you any tracking details.

If your parcel has been sent out (of warehouse) and DPD has updated the status, you’ll get this, the delivery status, in the popup window:

Hope this helps 😀

      Hi Milagros,

I’m not sure which part of the “domestic delivery” process you’re referring to.

If you’re talking about how long will the items under “On delivery” take to reach the Gmarket warehouse: It varies from the different courier companies employed by the sellers. Usually it takes around 2 working days. If it take unusually long, you can request Gmarket to check the status for you.

If you’re talking about how lomg will the items under “On request” take to reach the Gmarket warehouse: Again, it varies from different sellers. Some sellers are quick and they’ll send out the items within 1 or 2 working days. Some sellers are slower (maybe due to restocking etc) though. I’ve encountered sellers who took up to 10 working days before the items are sent out. Again, if it takes too long, you can request Gmarket to check the status for you.

      Cheers~
